Giovanna Antonelli Biography
The future Brazilian series star was born in a family of an actor Hilton Prade and ballet dancer Suelly Antonelli on March 18, 1976. Being an infant the girl dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer, as her mother was for she took her at her performances. But some time later, she walked through the TV-studio Globo, where her father worked and didn’t imagine her future life without TV.
Her parent insisted that their daughter entered the faculty of journalism, but the girl’s studying period was very short for her gave up the university.

The little girl managed to play her first role at the age of 11. Three years later she was offered to cast an emcee in one TV program for children. Being a 16 young lady, the actress got a small role in a TV-series “Tropicaliente”. Later on, she had several more roles in a TV novels.
Her first serious work was a role of Capitu in a “Laços de Família”. The young actress attracts the society attention at once. It seemed that she liked the process of shooting more than the glory that serves as an award for actors. In 2000, she was titled The Best Actress.
